My sweet, beautiful Jack did things his way, and he is now HOME resting in the arms of our heavenly Father - pain free and at peace.

So so sorry for your family. I can't imagine the pain you all are going through but you are all in my thoughts and I hope nothing but peace for you.
I am so sorry. I have been thinking of you since your last post. You are a role model for a mom like me, with a son much younger than your Jack. I learn so much from following your journey. Thank you for sharing it. Peace to your family.
