What a great picture of Jack, lovely to see him smiling again. I so wish there was something I could write/do for you that would help you. I know how precious it is to keep your life as 'normal' as possible even when others might not class it as normal!!
It is so difficult when you have to face things that you would rather never face and I know for me that is when I really struggle.
I think you are an amazing mum and you know we are all here for you. I think writing the blog could help as at least you get to express how you are feeling and is there any way you could escape to the beach for the day, as you must need sometime to yourself just to try and get over the last month. Thinking of you and sending lots of love,

Bea xxxx

That's more like the Jack we know and love! Give Jack a huge hug from me and Sam (and one for mum too)
